Encouraging Transmission from the Eastern Front

To everyone contending for LIFE,
There are now only 20 days left until the November 4th election, and we have crossed the halfway mark for our 40-day fast. I wanted to give you a quick progress report from our team here in DC and encourage you to press in with greater intensity for God’s purposes to be fulfilled in these elections.
This evening our company will be completing its second Esther Fast since the beginning of the already intense 40-day fast. Sounds crazy, I know, but the stakes have never been higher as all of hell is raging for control of the times and seasons. I’m proud to let you know that the young people with me here in DC have truly stepped onto death ground in their intercession for our nation.
Rees Howells, the mighty intercessor of England during WWII, encouraged his young college students to pray in the face of unimaginable opposition. Never did they take anything for granted; never did they concede defeat even when the Panzer tanks were rolling.
As nation after nation was falling to Nazi Germany these inspiring words were recorded during Mr. Howells’ messages in the prayer meetings:
May 17, 9:30 a.m. “You are more responsible for this victory today than those men on the battlefield. You must be dead to everything else but this fight.”
May 18, 2:30 p.m. “I want to fight with this enemy again this weekend as if it were the end of civilization. You don’t leave anything to chance in this. Don’t allow those young men at the Front to do more than you do here.“
May 20, 9 a.m. “Even before lunchtime the history of the world may be changed.“
The moral of the story is this: It’s not over until it’s over. In the briefest of moments, in a flash of lightning, the apparent course of events can change. The tide of battle can shift in an instant. And God is looking to see if anyone is standing in the gap on behalf of the land (Ez 22:30). These young people here with me have truly made themselves dead to everything else but this fight. Please pray for them that they would be strengthened in their faith AND bodies. They’re looking pretty lean, but their spirits have never been stronger.

Don’t They Claim to be the Champions of Tolerance?
In the battle of the ideologies over the future of America, the liberal pro-gay-marriage, pro-abortion camp has always framed itself (often successfully) as the champions of tolerance in the face of racist, intolerant conservatives Christians. They have painted conservatives as narrow-minded and as haters. Nothing can be farther from the truth.

Obama – Somethings to chew on.
Since yesterday morning, I’ve been very deeply disturbed and troubled by America’s willingness to, so soon after 9/11, support Barack Hussein Obama, a man who has many questionable ties to terrorists, as our next president of the United States. I’m appalled.
What sheet has been thrown over the eyes of our nation that we would so willingly deliver ourselves into the hands of those (including Barack and Michelle Obama) who hate America and all for which it stands? Do we, too, hate ourselves? What has bewitched us, that we would, in a trance-like state, move en masse in the direction of this false hope?
I hope that this post sheds some light on the subject. Our true hope is that a Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation–that the Spirit of Truth would come and open up blind eyes.
Friends, it’s time to fast and pray!
As you read, watch and see the following, don’t turn your eyes in disgust and disbelief. Let your hearts be troubled too.
